Fathom’s office is located in the revitalized North Loop area of Minneapolis. You’ll have your own desk in a sun-lit open office with flexible spaces for collaboration. There are also plenty of focus rooms for heads-down work, research interviews, or client conversations.
Our space is also designed for community engagement, with large, flexible rooms for hosting events and facilitating workshops. We’re frequent hosts to UXPA meetings and other community meet-ups.
Fathom also supports employees’ ability to work where they work best—from home or other remote environment (although our consultants are Twin Cities-based).
